When Will My Tracking Update? Tracking information becomes active once USPS has physically scanned your package into their system. This can take up to 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email, so don't worry if it doesn't show movement right away.

Order Not Moving? USPS tracking occasionally shows delays or gaps in updates, especially during busy periods. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days or more, reach out and we'll look into it on your behalf.

Can't Find Your Tracking Number? If you've checked your email (including spam) and still can't locate your tracking details, email us with your order number and we'll send it right over.
