Products & Safety Are your LED devices safe to use? Yes. Our LED skincare devices are designed for safe, at-home use and follow standard safety guidelines for consumer beauty technology. We recommend reading the included instructions before first use, and discontinuing use if you experience irritation.
How often should I use my LED device? This depends on the specific product, but most LED skincare devices are designed for use 3 to 5 times per week for best results. Full usage instructions are included with every device.
Will I see results right away? LED skincare treatments typically work gradually. Many customers notice changes in skin texture and tone over several weeks of consistent use rather than overnight.
Can I use LED devices on sensitive skin? Many of our devices are suitable for sensitive skin, but we recommend checking the specific product description and doing a patch test first if your skin is particularly reactive. Email us before purchasing if you're unsure.
Orders & Payment What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods through Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely, and we never see or store your full card details.
Is checkout secure? Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted (SSL/HTTPS) and processed through Shopify Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@beautyheavenstore.shop. We can only make changes before your order has shipped.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order directly on our Track Your Order page.
Returns & Refunds What is your return policy? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
How long do refunds take? Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to complete the transaction.
